Mr. Barker started in the workforce as a 15-year-old working for a local construction company in Eugene, Oregon. After graduating high school in 1985, he continued in the construction field for several years. After leaving construction to work in retail for a couple of years, he went into the family business and started his adjusting career in 1991, at Lindsey Morden Claim Service. With increased experience he has developed from an adjuster in-training to a general adjuster today handling a spectrum of claims.
Mr. Barker has experience in property losses, both personal lines and commercial, along with 3rd party liability property damage claims. His specialties include:

Mr. Barker enjoys a reputation for being professional, honest, reasonable, and reliable. He is able to efficiently, quickly, and fairly settle claims assigned to him. He prides himself on being personable, getting along and working well with all claim parties including: the insured, company adjuster, contractors, public adjusters, and vendors. He continues to work on all sizes of losses, from small to large losses both homeowners and commercial. Over the years he has worked numerous storm/CATs in multiple states, from winter storms to hurricanes.
Mr. Barker currently hold licenses in 10 states. Earlier in his career he attended several Vale Tech classes including: Residential Building Damage Estimating, Basic Property Adjusting, Workers Compensation Adjusting, and Proficient Performer-Career Enhancement. He is also a member of the Honorable Order of the Blue Goose, International.
