Mr. Costner started in the construction business in 1980. He began working catastrophic events for a National carrier in September 2005, serving multiple states. In 2008 John began working in a management position overseeing the claims department staff and working directly with underwriters. He also coordinated subrogation, litigation, mediations, depositions and appraisals.

John started with Paul R. White & Company in August of 2015. He handles the Beaumont, Port Arthur, East Texas area and also travels to other cities when needed. John has been commended for his professionalism with Examiners, as well as with insureds and look forward to his being able to assist your firm with your claim’s handling needs.
